One holiday, two ways to reach it. Wheels is our AC sleeper coach. Wings is you flying in and us collecting you.

Everything after you arrive is identical — the same resort, the same itinerary, the same coordinator, the same food from our kitchen and the same open bar. The only thing that changes is how you get here, and what that costs.

We collect you from your door

A private AC sleeper coach, chartered for your group, with reclining berths. We pick you up at your home address in Hyderabad and drop you back there — no getting to a departure point at midnight with luggage, and no arranging your own way home at the end.

It travels overnight both ways, so you sleep through the road and wake up in Goa with the whole day ahead of you.

We collect you at the airport

You book your own flights, we do the rest. Send us the flight number and our vehicle is waiting at arrivals — and takes you back for the return.

Fly into Mopa rather than Dabolim if you can: it is fifty minutes from our gate instead of ninety, so you are at the pool before you have unpacked.

Coach prices hold until 31 October

From 1 November the three-day coach trip becomes ₹16,999 and the four-day ₹19,999 — ₹3,000 more per person either way. Book before then and four days costs what three days will. Nothing about the holiday changes.

Remove the gold column and you have the three-day trip. Add it and you get Dudhsagar Falls.
Dudhsagar closes during the monsoon. In those months the extra day becomes South Goa — Miramar, Dona Paula, Colva and Ancestral Goa at Loutolim.

Room, every meal, the bar, and your airport ride. Most resorts sell you a room, then charge for breakfast, then hand you a bar bill on the last morning nobody expected. We do it the other way round.

Not included: premium liquor above the house brand (poured at cost, no markup), sightseeing and tours, casino entry and chips. That is the whole list — and sightseeing, a car and driver, a casino run or a photographer are arranged on request.

Twenty rooms and 1.5 acres is the wrong size for one family and exactly the right size for thirty people who know each other. Book thirty or more and nobody else checks in.

A wedding is not a package. Come and see the property, and we build the quote around what you actually want.

From there it is our problem: the coach, the rooms, the meals, the outings, and getting everyone home.

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, call the office — we would rather answer it before you book than after.

Is it safe for a women's group?
This is the question we are asked most, and it is the reason the business is built the way it is. The property is gated and ours, not a hotel we booked. The staff are ours. The drivers are ours, and your group never shares a vehicle with strangers. A named coordinator travels with you and stays reachable through the night. If thirty of you book together, nobody else checks in.
What is the bus actually like?
A private air-conditioned sleeper coach with reclining berths, chartered for your group — not a public service picking up along the way. It travels overnight in both directions, so you sleep through the road and wake up in Goa with the whole day ahead of you. Exact departure and return times come to you in writing with your booking.
Will there be food we actually eat?
The kitchen is ours, which is the only reason we can promise this. Tell us at booking whether your group eats Telugu, Chettinad, Bangalore, Maharashtrian or Goan, and that is what comes out of it. Pure vegetarian, Jain and no-onion-no-garlic are routine here, not a special request.
What if it rains, or Dudhsagar is closed?
Dudhsagar Falls shuts during the monsoon on Forest Department orders. In those months the extra day becomes South Goa — Miramar, Dona Paula, Colva beach and Ancestral Goa at Loutolim. If weather or tides stop any other outing we replace it. The number of outings never drops.
Can we bring children, and elderly parents?
Both, and often on the same trip. The second pool has waterslides and a mushroom fountain built for children. For older guests we set aside ground-floor rooms, keep the schedule to one outing a day rather than three, and cook low-oil, low-spice on request.
Why do the prices change on 1 November?
The rates on this page are our opening prices, held while we build the first season of departures. From 1 November they settle at their standard level. Nothing about the trip changes. If you reserve before 31 October you travel at today's rate, and your written quotation carries that price.
How do we pay, and what holds the dates?
A deposit holds your dates once you have seen the written itinerary and quotation. Nothing is confirmed on a phone call alone — you get it in writing first, and you can circulate that document to whoever needs to approve it. The balance is settled before departure.
Can we book just rooms, without the trip?
Yes. Rooms can be booked on their own, with or without meals and sightseeing. If you are already in Goa and simply want somewhere calm to stay, call the resort directly.
