From your door, back to your door.

A private resort in Goa, and everything around it — the coach, the meals, the sightseeing, the safety — handled by one company that has been here two decades. You leave home. That is the last decision you have to make.

Flying in instead? Same resort, same itinerary, same coordinator, with airport pickup and drop. ₹9,999 per person for three days, ₹12,499 for four. You book your own flights — Mopa is closer to us than Dabolim, and you'll be at the pool in fifty minutes.

These prices hold until 31 October

From 1 November both go up by ₹3,000 per person — three days becomes ₹16,999 and four days becomes ₹19,999. Nothing else changes: same resort, same itinerary, same meals, same open bar. Reserve before the 31st and you travel at today's rate.

Where you'll go

Fifteen places across the trip, grouped so nobody spends the holiday in a minibus. The gold column is the extra day.

  • Sunset cruise
  • Casino boats view

Day 2

  • Casino night

Last day

  • Panjim Church
  • Miramar Beach
  • Dona Paula

  • Depart

Remove the gold column and you have the three-day trip. Add it and you get Dudhsagar Falls.

Dudhsagar closes during the monsoon. In those months the extra day becomes South Goa — Miramar, Dona Paula, Colva beach and Ancestral Goa at Loutolim. If weather stops an outing we replace it; the number of outings never drops.

The bar is open. House pours are on us.

Unlimited house brand right through your stay — at the bonfire, on the lawn, with dinner. Anything above the house brand we pour and add at cost. No inflated bill at checkout, no counting pegs, no arguing with a waiter at eleven at night.

Served to guests of legal drinking age. Not available on school programmes.

How it works

ONETell us your dates

Call the office or send the form. We only need your dates, roughly how many people, and where you're starting from.

TWOWe send it in writing

A dated itinerary and a quotation you can circulate — to your family, your committee, or the parents. Nothing verbal, nothing vague.

THREEA deposit holds the dates

From there it's our problem: the coach, the rooms, the meals, the outings, and getting everyone home.

De Rush Farm is a resort, not a farmhouse

The name comes from the orchard it was built in. What stands on it is a private 1.5-acre resort — twenty proper rooms with air conditioning and running hot water, two swimming pools, a fifty-seat air-conditioned restaurant, an eight-hundred-capacity banquet hall and an open lawn, all behind one gate.

It sits at Sal in Bicholim, inland north-east Goa, where the Western Ghats come down to meet the plain. Green, quiet, hills on the skyline — and deliberately away from the noise and the traffic of the beach belt, while everything worth seeing stays within reach by our own minibuses.

The last night is the one people remember

A bonfire on the lawn, the DJ, dinner under the orchard, and the pools lit up until whenever you're done. Music as loud as you like — when your group has the property, there is nobody to disturb.

The property, taken whole

Twenty rooms and six thousand square metres is the wrong size for one family and exactly the right size for forty people who know each other. Private parties, schools, colleges, corporate teams and weddings are what this place was built around — and when your group takes it, nobody else checks in.

PRIVATE PARTIES The pool and room block at De Rush Farm
Forty to fifty guests · two nights

Take the entire resort

Not a block of rooms in somebody else's hotel — the whole property, gates closed, for your group alone. That is the difference between a group booking and a buyout: in a group booking you share the pool with strangers.

  • Bachelor and bachelorette parties. Music as loud as you like, as late as you like — there is nobody to disturb.
  • Women's groups. Gated property, our own women staff on the floor, our own drivers, our own vehicles. This is the trip your family will agree to.
  • Family reunions and milestone birthdays. Grandparents in the air-conditioned restaurant, children on the waterslides, everyone at one table for dinner.
  • Corporate offsites. Sessions in the hall, the evening on the lawn, twenty rooms for the team. Monday to Thursday costs meaningfully less.
  • You choose the menu, the music, the add-ons and the schedule. Bonfire and DJ on the lawn, sightseeing by minibus, cruise, casino drops — all optional.

Schools, colleges and communities

When you are responsible for other people's children — or other people's parents — the trip is not the hard part. Being accountable for forty people is the hard part. That is the part we take from you.

30–50Typical group size

  • School excursions. Head count logged before and after every stop. Teachers roomed among the students. Separate floors for boys and girls. Simple, hygienic, familiar food. First-aid trained staff on every vehicle. A written, dated itinerary you can send home to parents before you leave.
  • College tours. Whole-property buyout so the group is on its own. Lawn, DJ, bonfire. Rules agreed in writing with the faculty in charge before arrival — and we enforce them.
  • Corporate and training groups. The banquet hall doubles as a conference room, with the lawn for the evening. Quieter and cheaper midweek.
  • Senior citizen groups. Ground-floor rooms. One outing a day, not three. Low-oil, low-spice on request. Hospital and pharmacy details shared with your group leader on arrival.
  • Apartment and community trips. Three generations, one property, one bill, and one point of contact instead of nine.

The bar stays physically closed for the duration while a school group is on the property. No exceptions, and it is written into your itinerary.

Weddings and celebrations

A fully air-conditioned banquet hall for eight hundred, an open lawn for another eight hundred, and twenty rooms on the same estate — so the people who matter most sleep where the function is, and nobody drives home at midnight.

  • Destination weddings, receptions and engagements. Haldi, mehendi and sangeet on the lawn, the ceremony inside.
  • Fortieth and fiftieth birthdays, anniversaries, naming ceremonies and corporate annual days.
  • The kitchen is ours. No forced caterer and no per-plate surprise. Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Goan, North Indian, Jain — or bring your own cook and use our kitchen.
  • Décor and mandap, DJ, sound and lighting, photography and video, guest transport, airport pickups, priest and ritual arrangements — arranged, not subcontracted and forgotten.
  • Private parking on the estate, and accommodation nearby for guests beyond the twenty rooms.

A wedding is not a package. Come and see the property — we build the quote around what you actually want, not around a per-plate rate.

Questions we get asked

If yours isn't here, call the office — we'd rather answer it before you book than after.

Is it safe for a women's group?
This is the question we're asked most, and it's the reason the business is built the way it is. The property is gated and ours, not a hotel we booked. The staff are ours. The drivers are ours, and your group never shares a vehicle with strangers. A named coordinator travels with you and stays reachable through the night. If forty of you book together, nobody else checks in.
What is the bus actually like?
A private air-conditioned sleeper coach with reclining berths, chartered for your group — not a public service picking up along the way. It travels overnight in both directions, so you sleep through the road and wake up in Goa with the whole day ahead of you. Exact departure and return times come to you in writing with your booking, not left to guesswork.
Will there be food we actually eat?
The kitchen is ours, which is the only reason we can promise this. Tell us at booking whether your group eats Telugu, Chettinad, Bangalore, Maharashtrian or Goan, and that is what comes out of it. Pure vegetarian, Jain and no-onion-no-garlic are routine here, not a special request. Nobody should spend three days in Goa missing their own food.
What if it rains, or Dudhsagar is closed?
Dudhsagar Falls shuts during the monsoon on Forest Department orders. In those months the extra day becomes South Goa — Miramar, Dona Paula, Colva beach and Ancestral Goa at Loutolim. If weather or tides stop any other outing we replace it with something else. The number of outings never drops.
Can we bring children? And elderly parents?
Both, and often on the same trip. The second pool has waterslides and a mushroom fountain built for children. For older guests we set aside ground-floor rooms, keep the schedule to one outing a day rather than three, and cook low-oil, low-spice on request. Tell us who's coming and we'll shape it around them.
Why do the prices change on 1 November?
The rates on this page are our opening prices, held while we build the first season of departures. From 1 November they settle at their standard level — ₹16,999 for three days and ₹19,999 for four. Nothing about the trip changes: the same resort, the same itinerary, the same meals from our kitchen and the same open bar. If you reserve before 31 October you travel at today's rate, and your written quotation carries that price.
How do we pay, and what holds the dates?
A deposit holds your dates once you've seen the written itinerary and quotation. Nothing is confirmed on a phone call alone — you get it in writing first, and you can circulate that document to whoever needs to approve it. The balance is settled before departure. Prices on this page are the current ones; anything you've received as a forwarded image is not a quotation.
Can we book just rooms, without the trip?
Yes. Rooms at the resort can be booked on their own, with or without meals, and with or without the sightseeing. Most people take the full package because the transport and outings are where the work is, but if you're already in Goa and simply want somewhere to stay, call the resort directly.

In Goa, you have someone. That is the whole product.

Anyone can sell you a room and a bus seat. What you cannot buy from a website is a person on the ground who has spent twenty years here and knows who to call. That is what you are actually booking — and it is the reason people come back and send their families.

A doctor at two in the morningSomeone's child spikes a fever. We know which clinic is open, and one of ours drives you there and waits.
The brand your uncle drinksTell us before you arrive and it is behind the bar when you get there. Same for a particular sweet, or a cake at midnight.
A priest, at short noticeA satyanarayana puja before the wedding, a naming ceremony, an anniversary blessing. We know who comes.
One more vehicle, right nowHalf the group wants the beach and half wants the temple. We put on a second minibus rather than making you choose.
A wheelchair, a ramp, a ground-floor roomTell us who is coming and we rearrange the property around them before you arrive.
A cook for the one guest who eats differentlyJain, diabetic, post-surgery, a fussy six-year-old. Our kitchen, so it is a phone call, not a negotiation.
The right beach on the right dayTides, crowds, which shack is decent this season, which stretch to avoid after dark. Local knowledge you cannot get from a listing.
The things that go wrongA lost phone, a missed flight, a document left in the coach. Ours is the number that answers, and we sort it out.

If you need something in Goa and it can be arranged, we will arrange it. If it cannot, we will tell you straight away rather than let you find out on the day.

Why ours costs more, and why people pay it

You will find Goa packages from Hyderabad advertised for half this. They are not the same thing, and it is worth being specific about how.

HaviraA typical online package
Where you stay A 1.5-acre resort we own. Take it whole and no other guest checks in. A block of rooms in someone's hotel, shared with whoever else booked.
Who drives you Our own minibuses and our own drivers, every day of the trip. A tempo traveller shared with strangers, from whichever operator was cheapest.
The food Every meal from our own kitchen, cooked in the style your group chose at booking. Hotel buffet. Roti, dal, and a long three days if you are from the South.
The bar Unlimited house brand through the stay. Premium at cost, no markup. Not included. Priced at the bar, and you find out on the night.
When something goes wrong A named coordinator who travels with you and answers at any hour. A call centre, an agent who has already been paid, and a phone that stops answering.
What you pay on the day Nothing. Entries, transport and meals are in the price before you leave home. Entry tickets, water sports, the cruise, the club — collected one by one, in cash.
Who is accountable One company from your doorstep back to your doorstep. We own the property, the coach and the kitchen. An agent who booked four suppliers and takes responsibility for none of them.

The honest version: if the lowest possible price is what matters most, someone will always beat us. What we sell is the trip you do not have to manage, and a group that comes home in the same mood it left in.

Why people hand us the whole trip

Almost everyone who books with us was sent by somebody who already had. These are the reasons they give.

We own it, so we answer for it

The resort, the coach, the minibuses, the kitchen and the staff are all ours. Nothing is subcontracted, so nothing can be blamed on a supplier. If something is wrong, there is exactly one company to call.

Twenty years of local network

A doctor at 2am, a priest at short notice, an extra vehicle in an hour, the right beach on the right day. This is the part you cannot buy from a booking site, and it is why the trip feels easy.

Your food, every meal

Telugu, Chettinad, Bangalore, Maharashtrian or Goan, from our own kitchen, chosen by you at booking. Nobody should spend three days away missing their own food — and nobody here does.

Safety treated as a service

For women's groups and families: a gated property, our own women staff, our own drivers, our own vehicles, and a coordinator whose phone is on through the night. This is the trip your family will actually agree to.

Nothing extra to pay in Goa

Entries, transport, meals and the house bar are all in the price before you leave home. No cash collected at a counter, no surprise on the last morning, no argument with a waiter.

In writing, before you pay

A dated itinerary and a quotation you can circulate to your family, your committee or the parents. We put our promises on paper first, because that is what makes them promises.

JourneyResponsible for all of it, not the middle of it.
AccountabilityOne company, one named person, one number that answers.
BelongingYour food, your group, your property.
BeliefAll of it in writing, before you pay.
